I was having so-so fishing in my community ponds for bass and Cichlid until I tied on a Red Eye Shad in the Neon Bluegill pattern. It changed everything and I started getting hit on every 2-3 casts....

Hey fellow fishers,
For what is it worth I have been fishing this canal to see what I could come up with. Have caught several baby bass but last week I had a Tarpon chase and bump my soft belly...

I HATE fishing down a nice looking canal/lake, etc an seeing cans and trash floating around. Really pisses me off. Really takes away that temporary imaginary feeling of being away from it all :nopity:

the peacocks were out in full force yesterday. Went out at 6 to fish a new spot, needless to say it produced. I used a small Rapala Original Floater in bleeding gold. The competition among the fish...

nice! havent gone out for peas in a couple weeks to give them a break especially with the recent cold but it seems like the cold hasnt affected them too much
