Went out on Sea legs for the afternoon trip yesterday for my third attempt at vertical jigging and caught my very first wahoo (and personal largest catch)! Weighed in at 7.91 kg. according to FWC,...

Went fishing at a friend's dock facing the Intercoastal in Hallandale. We fished Friday and had a lot of trouble with a cuda who kept taking our grunts (to use for bait later on the beach). Came again...

While it wasn't red hot, my trip to the sunshine state last week resulted in a couple of memorable catches....These fish were caught on x raps...that was the only bonita I caught while I caught...

PS - it was a barracuda that got the last 1/3 section of the bonita - it kinda spoiled the occasion a bit, but the good news is that I did get a full fight out of the fish before it was mauled almost...

Just got back from a 9 day stay in your great state. Used mostly artificials, with a couple of exceptions...anyway, the best fish I got from shore (actually pier) on an artificial was this guy caught...
