no sharks to be seen anywhere in the palm beach county. no hits on either rods while soaking baits. its funny how few days ago they were there and then nothing today.
they must be in broward by now.

hit the beach to see if there were any fish around..managed to get a bull and a tip...nothing great but it felt good to bend some rods..there were lots of nurses and little tips..lots of little bites...

How could we miss with a beautiful fresh bait like the Cuda below. Actually, 2 fresh Bonitas and 2 Cudas and no luck. The bait didn't even have marks from crabs after 7 hours.

do you guys use circle hooks or just j's?

I use large circles for Blacktips and have no issues, however 12/0 and 14/0 J hooks for larger sharks
