Was going to go out again the last two nights but only managed to get out Saturday night. Was too cold last night & wont be back at this one for a few nights to come, so just stayed in & did some painting. Got out Saturday from 11:15 pm to 1:10 am & went with a different approach. Was no wind, the water was still clear but not as the other night & wasnt as flat either. Just went right back into stealth mode again, even trying to deal past the chill. Didnt see them at first & then started seeing like one or two showing up, three, then one, then two, then saw a group of four. But for the most part they were all over the place & some good sized ones were hanging close by. No problems with moon stompers this night but just before I was ready to call it, a couple showed up, so the fish split. They still werent interested in what I had out for them this time & no takers again but am just wondering what exactly they are feeding on- what is making them tick. To be continued again when conditions are right................
