2009 Shorebound Shark Tourney Secret Item

This is a short Vid we through together today it is what it is.
Yes you may start fishing NOW, we will annouce the official Start at 12 Midnight but all have this 5 hour grace period to do what they like that is prepare or go fishing.
Ok these our the secret item, to make it easier there is only one per beach and Bridge.
BRIDGE ITEM
The Bridge will be the tube but you must paint the cap ends GREEN Fluorescent, yes you can use a previous years just paint the ends Green Fluorescent. Those that do not have should have informed Herbert that you will be needing it and he will have shipped it to you.
AGAIN THOSE THAT HAVE ONE FROM PREVIOUS TOURNEYS CAN USE THEM JUST PAINT THE ENDS GREEN Fluorescent.
BEACH ITEM
The Beach item is a measuring Tape that is painted with Orange Fluorescent on the inch that falls after every foot. Example would be paint 12 to the 13 inch mark and 24 to 25 inch mark and so on the entire tape measure.
Also the area between the 4 foot and 5 foot should be painted entirely this one is to deter the use of any previous shots that have had similar markings from past tourneys.
PAINT THE ENTIRE FOOT SECTION FROM 4 TO 5 FOOT

Luck ... I heard it said that's the point where preparation meets opportunity. Well, I have a funny feeling you're all more than prepared to take advantage of this opportunity to kick some a$$ out there!
Good luck and much of it to all you competitors. Have a safe, productive and fun 40 days and 40 nights of catch & release, land-based shark fishing. And last, but not least, hats off to the tournament founders, organizers and sponsors for putting on what's sure to be another memorable event.
Now, get out there and make us all proud!

I didn't find this place in time for this years tourny, but hopefully I'll be in a place next year where I can participate.
But I'm looking forward to some awesome pictures of y'all's catches this year!

unfortunately i will not be participating in this years tourney..but wanted to wish everyone good luck and will definately be watching from the sidelines...super excited to see what monsters will be caught ...tight lines and screemin reels

You who set this tourney up are pimps. The Youtube video was perfect. This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen and have been following since tourney one. I have to go to Anglins and meet you guys but am to intimidated by your fishing powers. Hats off to you guys!!!!
