GK it's a big kettle, gonna need at least 3 gallons of peanut oil. Like the big box of oil you get for turkey frying. We can deep fry anything else. If anyone wants hot wings I can fry up a bunch.

Hope you can make it. I've already bought the soda. Maybe it would be prudent for everybody that previously said they are bringing something should confirm the item(s) to GK in a PM or via this thread so he will know if anything important still has to be covered.

Sorry you can't too. Was looking forward to meeting you. No chance at all? I'm sure a bunch of us are going to be hanging around all day and into the night to catch the pomps at sunset.

Major kudos to Joey for putting together this great BBQ for all of us. It was just perfect. Great attendance(including all the kids which made it special), some of the best food I can remember, the weather, the site and, of course, great fishing tales. Oh, and the women. Every one of them drop dead gorgeous. Don't know how they ever got snagged by you guys but every one a definite keeper. Although, maybe next time we should consider finding another chef. His first batch of blackened snook was priceless :auto: :auto: :auto:

Thanks again GK. Can't wait for the next event.
