Boatless Fishing Forum, Reports, Info

From what seems like about 75% of the new threads, maybe it is time to rename to the South Florida Jigging Forum?

In all seriousness, maybe add a section for jigging?

Dump hall of shame.

A section for Jigging would be great. I ain't gonna be able to fish the bridges for a while until my feet are completely healed. So for now party boats it is.

I'm officially addicted.. not like I needed another one.. but.. my vote for a jigging section... sheesh.. lol

I'm down for that even though I'm not a jigger. Also maybe shave off a few sections that don't get much traffic. I was also even thinking maybe a change in the way the forum looks? Could be a possiblity but its just a thought.

Nah...Rather have a jigging section & dump the "hall of shame", Like Pat said. We know this is a boatless site, but jigging is where it is at now. Just how fast the 29th trip got filled speaks volumes. This site has/is evolving. Think outside the box, I know it's hard for ya, but give it a try. Thanks, sport! And for others who don't care about jigging just don't go to the section "if" tommy puts it up. Not hard to do....evolution?!

I would be fine with a Jigging forum.... just saying

This site is about fishing. Boatless or not, people read this forum to get information talk to other fisherman and gain knowledge about what they like to do. Does "boatless" mean if have a boat you can't visit this forum? Of course not.

Jigging is the topic of the day and that's what people want to read about. If we don't talk about it here then I'm sure there are other sites that do and they will be attracted to it. Do we need a separate page for it? Probably not, but it sure would be nice!

btw: I'm boatless too!

Many don't know how i feel about boats so i will tell you. i use to fish a lot on boats but I hate the crampness if that is a word so that was the reason i went 100% boatless I like the freedom to step away from who i am fishing with and have some space, I like to be able to do it for longer periods of time and I like the economical factor and i seem to catch as many fish.

So with that said.

This site is about fishing and yes mostly Shorebound so i think we could increase the boat fishing section and move it to a more visible area.

As far as placing a large number of different boards it ain't going to happen, this is Boatlessfishing.com not fishing.com but i understand that members here fish both and are dedicated to this site and I am thankful for that so we will add some stuff in the Boat fishing area.

Those that are interested please give me your ideas and we will develop the area to your liking.

After looking at the layout of this forum, I don't really see a "boat area" at all, just head boat info and boat reports, IMHO I say just put them in one of the boat related areas or Off Topic. I guess Striz's idea would be ok but you'd have to create a boat area..

Hold on guys I am going to do a little layout change to the Boat stuff we have and have an idea that should work great for help for Boat fishing and info and chat.

I am trying to do this morning if I can manage with my time.
