Hey guys. Moved to Florida about a year ago and haven't done much fishing but I've been interested in catching sea trout/speckled trout. Where's a good place in broward to fish for them and what kind of rig/bait should I use?

Not sure about places in broward to target them, but any topwater or suspending lures will do..remember, match the hatch! Lol

No where in Broward. Miami or Port St Lucie. Lucie before the dumping was a waders paradise.

I hope I don't offend anyone by hyjacking your thread but I would love to catch some trout. I am in North Palm Beach County area. Any ideas where I should go?

The Indian River was good from shore, but don't know how much fresh water they are still dumping in it. just look for grass flats. Stuart is a good place, Google fishing Stuart and you should find several pages with spots information.

hobe sound nature center (walk down to the flats)
loxahatchee river (redfish, trout, pompano)
