Quotes from other members

How do you highlight a quote from a members post you want to refer to in a response?
I see this done all the time but can not get it to work. Thanks

Under their post is a button that says "Quote" on the right hand side. Click that, and it will bring up a screen to type your post, and it will embed their post as a quote.
