What Size Hooks To Use For LMB Fishing?

I'm a catch & release fisherman. I mainly use a wacky worm or texas rig. I use the following types of hooks;
1. Worm Hook
2. Wide Gap Hook
3. Circle Hook (Should i use offset or non offset?
What size hooks do you recommend for the above?
