Yea I miss the Forum Life myself, beaches here are doing well a lot of snapper on the hard bottom areas

Hopefully when things calm down just a little we can do some get togethers and fish some

New Face on the site looking good, I still like the forums, but unfortunately most people have moved along to other social media methods.

I still stop in here once in a while...

Been off the water for a while, since like last August.. but since then in March I got a heart transplant and and ercovering well, but with a suppressed immune system this Covid crap is making it even harder, I have to stay away from everyone.
Can't wait to be cleared to go fiahing agin, but that will be a while now,

Whats up you guys ! Long time no see for many. Love the new look Tommy !

Both of my little baitsnatchers have grown a bit been playing some pretty competative travel and HS Softball chasin scholarships - so little time to walk the beaches and piers as much as before, sadly. I DO from time to time still get ut, but like many, Covid has everything all screwey.

Grat work on the site Tommy, hope to see u guys soon !

Hey Y’all

Been fishing mostly out of Stewart. Keeping my boat at my daughters. Her subdivision has a private boat ramp and they got a huge drive way to park the beast.
Discovered water intrusion in the starboard motor in Late July.
Decided to re-power with a pair of Mercury 300 V8 4 strokes. My Verados were great motors but gas guzzlers.
The new V8’s are naturally aspirated. No super charger, way more fuel efficient. And they’re almost 100 pounds ea lighter than the Verados. Upgraded the “Vessel view” instrumentation with the Simread version. That gives me auto trim and a ton of features the Merc version doesn’t. My grandson decided to upgrade the stereo with a Fusion sat radio and clarion speakers. He works at west marine so he’s a serious asset.
The upgrades make regular Bimini runs a snap with the increased range.
Should get it back sometime next week.
Can’t wait to get our Yuri crew out.
