Still early but they should start showing down south after a good storm
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

What is the possibility of making this thread a "Sticky" so that it is always on the top.
A lot of us would appreciate that.
Thanks,
Bob

No mullet at Dania Pier today, but decent sized pilchards with ladyfish and jacks thick on them. Lost what was most likely a big snook to the pilings under the T, only saw one other underslot come up. Oh and some decent sized macks came up too.

Started today at South Hutchinson Island and traveled all the way to Ft. Pierce Inlet. No mullet....nada...zelch....zero (ok maybe 1 or 2 lost ones), but really, no signs at all. Fisherman on beach and Inlet were not doing anything. As I was walking onto the Inlet, there must have been 10 or 15 regulars leaving, which pretty much tells the story.

Will keep looking for em though.

No mullet or pilchards off Dania or Anglian'a yesterday. Anglin's did have lots of little jacks and bunker around though, and someone told me gogs were around in the morning. Looks like the whitebait disappeared.... it's almost time.

Hope to see all you palm beach dudes up there crushing it. The amount of mullet from the aerial view is insane. I hit up Miami Beach this morning to see how the mullet are looking this far south. Saw some, but nothing crazy. Ended up getting this overslot on a spooltek though. They should be thick down here very soon :toast:
