white storm bait and i got a top silverish blue lure (budget couldnt spring for the yo zuri) and lata if that doesn't pan out a trip to the pier with a gotcha

i know that silver/blue walmart lure(renegade) comes in pink too. i have caught scores of snook on that lure. last year they were 1.67, now up too 2.50. i always have 3-4 extras. they don't last and have cheap hooks, but they catch fish.

btw there are 2 styles, the lip being the only difference, i use the deeper diver in the inlet sometimes, but really haven't noticed an increase or decrease in the amount of strikes i get.

ok hit the beach at sunrise just south of the dania pier and worked my way north towards the pier.

water was very choppy couldn't see any bait a couldn't really cast in the wash as if I did my bait would be on sure in seconds (storm)

n e who I put some time in casting from about 6:30 to 7:45 no luck

packed it and headed on to give something else a shot ended up at the pompano pier

didn't see any bait besides minnows in which my cast net is in north florida so nothing for my sabiki cast my gotcha for bout a half an hour still no luck headed home and cut my losses .
