fish of the month or week would be great exposure. I would def join in other tourneys if the site would host them.

Tom,
I've been on this site for three years now and I'll just echo some ot the other satisfied users - things are going well, and if it ain't broke don't fix it.

i have only been on the site a short time and its a great site but one thing tat i think could be improved is there ate to many different categories that you can post in, if there were less categories more people would see your post and you would get more responses

Hi Tommy...
Ive been boatless forever a couple of times..LOL. I am new to the forum and am looking for a place to share and share alike information... I know my area like the back of my hand and have no problem fishing "My Spots" with other people. I have a silent contest with them...I'll watch their techniques or see the lure/bait they use.
I am here on the forum to meet people to fish with or at least share the price of a tank of gas to the fishing destination.
Your site has all the tools for that....Lets see if the other members cooperate!

A few of you may remember me....I'm so memorable

It's been about 2yrs since I have done any fishing because of medical problems.

But whenever I do stop where someone is fishing I STILL mention this site as I always have.

Tommy, this is still the best site for fishing and overall the friendliest and family kind of people.

Thanks for a great site.
Someday I'll catch the big one.

Hey Tommy new member but as far as I'm concerned
...1)This is a great idea with always willing to help members.
...2) As a new guy in town and addicted to fishing some kinda calendar where members can put name/# and a location for other available members to meet them and get a good session in while meeting new people/fishing partner.

Cory add your location to your profile. Also involve yourself in the forum as much as possible. Eventually you'll find yourself in position to meet up with folks to fish.

Hello Members
Looking for input and figure I would reuse this thread

What I would like to know is hows things are going around here ? your opinion is needed for me to know.
I would like to know things like, Does moderation need to be stricter or is it ok the way we are doing it with a high tolerance level. What is happening that needs to simmer down or stop all together if anything, You know what I mean.

Do you have suggestions I would like to hear them.

Please break your comments into responses for a specific so I can clearly read and follow.

Purpose is because I am just checking to see if we need to make changes and that we are doing a good job and that most are satisfied.

Thanks

That's a good idea Ron! Maybe expand the "How to's section" to cover everything rod and reel related as well. New emoticons would be fun.

Best fishing forum on the internet that I use, and it's not even close. No elitism, and minimal criticism. Thanks for doing such a good job keeping it up and running.

My only suggestion might be a "find a fisherman" section for finding someone to fish with on short notice. Don't know that I'd use it a lot but it would be nice for those times when someone backs out last minute.

Thanks for a great board BTW

T -

Love this place.

I personally participate less because Im not fishing shorebound as much this season. No other reason.

So as a result, I am posting less, lurking more... :)

No reason to clutter up the threads with non fishing chatter....
