googan day today 8am-2pm I saw 2 nice ceros landed when I was there. bait was scattered poons and snook all over paul might have the other half of the report .

Biggest I weighed, 6lbs 9 oz. Fits somewhere in the Pier Tourney,.. for now anyways.
Kings will take cash from what I see out there. Unless they keep losing them at the pier.

I was there Sat morning (7/5) from 5am to 10am with my brother, lots of macks around and plenty of bait out and about, I had a mack rip through my leader and lost one during gaffing. This coming friday im bringing some hard leader or an 1" long wire but i wont leave cooler empty and pissed off....i think Dania is feedin' better than Anglins, just keep it a secret

Went last night around 9:15 and was only able to fish for about 30 minutes cause it started to pour . I'm going back on Thursday around the same time if the weather permits it. Who's going to be there?

Guess what? Remember last Sat when it was a mission to gaff my mack becuz it was on my long rod??? It just got harder....my brother bought me an Ukly Stick 15' rod, i decided to hook my Daiwa BG 60 on it. Hopefuly i can get sum distance on it.

By the way Paulieboy, im bringing a net to get my fish out, not cuz i dont trust you, its just i hate to bother anglers during fishing. If you notice I dont talk alot while fishing, if you knew me off the "planks" im hard to shut up. So peace out and "take it breezy"

Im still trying to get used to the feeling of the surf rod, but dont worry i wont be getting in the way. you can always just pull out a machete and cut it mid-cast...

On the plus side, you could put an arrow head on the tip of it and harpoon the fish, and when the shrimp are running put a net on the end of it and dip away!

The Ceros turned on in the eve at the T. Bait moved out there. A Cuda was caught, tying 1st place with the King at 16.13 lbs to the exact. Some keeper Snappers last night and shorts as usual.

Never caught a snook from a pier-hows it different from catwalks/bridges? How do you get up and down on them, and keep them out of the pilings? Heavy tackle? locked down drag? running the pier? Is 30lb spinning gear enough? I can imagine the damage a big snook could do to about 30 peoples tackle in about 3 seconds-if you can't stop and turn her.

Went Friday night (7/11) w/ my brother, we caught 2 muttons 15-16". Some dude almost got spooled on a shark or sting ray around 3 or 4 am. Then 7am came along with the bait and the cudas,we left shortly after that. Did the macks ever show up? I know people were losing fish to the cudas, how did that turn out? I also left my net (actually a lobster trap i use for netting) that can be thrown away its rotting.

7/15 report
fished from 12pm-9pm
lets see... there was rain, some more rain, and yea you guessed it some more freaking rain all day for like 7 hours straight. Very slow there were some runners, 2 tarpon hookups, one keeper mutton and a few shorts, one baby blacktip on a small runner, a small cuda with a freaking MONSTER following it it had to be about 25lbs easily would have took 1st place.the macks took a vacation today. one guy had got two macks and a keeper yellowtail early in the morning. there was bait available at the t but they weren't thick.
as for what i caught i got the baby bt, 3 short muttons, jumped 1 tarpon, and lost a cuda about 7 lbs.thats pretty much it.the water was flat and clear
