FYI in case anyone is interested:

Looking for full time/part time Deckhand position(Experienced). Day and night trips. Must have transportation. Bilingual prefer (Spanish/English) This position will be responsible to assist the captain with safety duties and customers needs. The mate must always maintain a friendly attitude with customers. Not a high paying job for sure. I think they pay per trip plus tips but I could be wrong.

I'll tell ya I started working for a boat in the keys last week and the trip pay is pretty damn good I have no complaints

You need this set up... Remember there are lots of wahoo cut offs.
