the thing is he didnt kick us out but there was a catch where we were u couldnt park so he told us to move the car but nearest parking is god knows where so we had to leave 
so we drive around and find another spot within 5 minutes my rods goes off with a big hit but i missed it =( as soon as i miss it my other rod goes off and its a small jack about 13in.. then a realy big shark shows up couldnt tell was it was but i looked to be 8ft... then a rent a cop shows up and tells us we cant fish here its public land and theres no signs 
but w.e didnt feel like causing problems so we left and ended the night the ray:
I tryed to fish under the first bridge on Rickenbacker after the toll on 3/17/11,METRO DADE advised me that I couldnt fish there,I asked where the sign was,because on my way down the walk way hadnt seen any,she got mad and took my I.D,I wasnt worried I did nothing wrong,but she had the badge and ticket book so I was not going to get on her bad side,Ive learned the hard way,you are better off coperating when asked to do so,Its not worth it to get a citation,if you can avoid it.YES SIR-YES MAAM will usualy do the trick,I kow its hard but the alternative SUCKS!!!!!!!!!Keep fishing and trying new spots,if asked to leave do so,eventualy you will find one and nobody will bother you,it may not be easy.TIGHT LINES!!!!!
