Re: Clam pass
Clam pass, isn't that the spot that is now cut off from the Gulf
due to an overdose of sand that choked out the inlet...
Something about stinky water / dying mangroves in the local paper.
Seriously I have fished there in the past and am wondering about
the lack of action to open that spot up.
I had thought that the "officials" would be more pro-active to save
that spot.
On another note I red something about a sandbar being formed
right in Doctors pass way south.
Fished in last fall and was amazed at how shallow the mouth of
the pass was.

Re: Clam pass
Thanks, I read that same article so I walked down to Doctors pass. Fishing was good for me since I don't know anything about salt water fishing. I caught lots of cat fish, 1 jack and hooked 1 big fish that I lost before I saw it. Catfish liked shrimp and the jack and the big fish hit a hot pink spoon. Thanks again.
