Hello everyone, I am from MN and am coming down to the keys for a couple weeks in December. Last year I was in the keys for a week and fished almost the whole time from the bridge at the campground we stayed at (KoA on sugarloaf) I caught some nice mangrove snapper and some grunts. I have been wondering if it is possible to fish for squid without a boat anywere on the keys? I am also wondering how that bridge (sugarloaf) compares to the other bridges? can a guy catch different species up and down the keys at the same time of year or is it usually about the same? What leaders/line do you guys recommend I dont really trophy fish I just like to fish all day and keep a couple grunts for supper but I really enjoy catching the vast array of fish the keys offer.
