Nice mess of Bluesfish there. :thumleft:

Here's a photo of a big Ladyfish I caught yesterday 12/10 in Marco Island on a live shrimp with a typical slip sinker bottom rig with about 18 inches of flouro leader and a 1/0 Owner circle hook. My standard bottom finder rig by the way. :thumleft:

Hard to tell, but she went almost 27 inches. Put up a hell of a fight for a Ladyfish and she didn't take the Lady dump all over me either. It's funny, seems to me, they only do that when you catch em in a boat and not from shore. LOL

I had a hard time getting the photo with my arms outstretched. I wanted the bridge in the backround for a scene setter. :toast:

That is a nice sized ladyfish

Here's a similar sized one that was caught using a live croaker at night on the bottom (redfishing)
from the Dauphin Island Pier (near Mobile, AL) this past July.
It weighed 4# 8 ounces and is the new AL state record for ladyfish 8)
