Fat kingfish

Fish must have been caught using live or cut bait, after November 1, 2006.
Please let us know the tackle you used, how you rigged your terminal tackle, and any special techinque used.

now that's absolutely perfect to soak chunks of king off the beach. nice fish.

We deep fries some chunks right at the park when we docked, the rest of the filets were marinated in O.J. Italian dressing and Teriyaki , thrown on a hot charcoal grill and eaten by my neighbors. They love king fish. Ill personally stick with the Snappers.
If you bleed them in the water and ice them right away, not just sit them on ice but have them submerged in ica and water and eat them the same or next day, they are pretty good, otherwise Id smoke em for fish dip with some cold beer for the football game!
