Catching Bait On The Beach
Any tips on catching bait on the beach? Is a cast net near the pier better or Sabiki rig?

the best way imo its with a cast net ,look for them early in the morning,if dont know how to used a cast net buy a 6 footer and learn ,and after you learn buy a 10 footer .

A castnet works if you dont mind getting wet and need a lot of bait . A sabiki rig works better for everything but mulet.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.
