stop expecting to find bait schooled up everywhere you have to get out a few hours befor sunrise
im not going to tell yall any exact locations for pilchards but i'll give you a hint
there is a bridge close to a marina that was recently just rebuilt im not saying you can find bait there but im not saying you cant its a very dangerous place to fish so if you decide to try it please i say again please be safe i dont know what i would do if anything ever happened to you

Could also try the most SE platform in Harvey E Oyer park. Furthest from the boat ramp. there was a guy catching pilchards last Friday using a sabiki tipped with shrimp. Not many but had a few.
Paying dues; two cents at a time.
