Post by cudaman »

Hi, this is for all who are interested,

I have sent a letter to:
Apex Predators Program
NOAA/NMFS/NEFSC
28 Tarzwell Drive
Narragansett, RI 02882-1199 USA

I requested some tags and more information on their program. You can write to them and request the same. They provide the tags and the the Taggin Neddles. See below:

The important role recreational anglers play in research efforts is sometimes overlooked, but not undervalued. It's great to see you get involved.

We just produced this segment for the ILSFA about catch, tag & release shark fishing. It includes an interview with Robert E. Hueter -- Senior Scientist at Mote Marine Laboratory and Shark Research Center in Sarasota, Florida.

When you get a chance, check it out and let us know what you think.
