I guess so... a rod without reel seat would be very similar to a pool cue...lol

GruntKing, when you are ready to spend money hit me up. I have some Calstar spin and conventional that would be great for snook and mutton fishing. Hurry before Chris buys them up.

The prostitute replied (wiping away tears), "When the check bounced."

Aight ,stick update ...paint it black ,will epoxy blank today ..later on i will install foul proof guides will aftco tip ball bearing ,i will marble green n silver .. on reel seat parts in gold since the under wraps in guides and butt wrap will be metallic green i will marble silver pigment on top of that green ,to make things exciting ,i just measure the rod its 8'and 1/2 ' good enough for bridges with a 6/0 .. ah i tape on blank where guides will go when i took this pic tape was on ,i just took it off..also i still have to shape eva foams too.

i used it because its the only one that fits this blank , this tips are good for big sharks and marlins etc ,when you have line or braid rubbing for a steady long time .

I did marbling on one of spinning blank... result was disastrous...
Now I know why rod become pink... white and red become pink
I made white paint background...every red paint I drops eventually become pink..
at the end the whole rod becomes pink... add black and yellow...to overcome pink... too late.
I almost reached a point like whatever I don't care...
next day... I saw marbling wasn't dried yet while guides are all dried up...
I realized my real problem was I add too much paint on thread finish epoxy for marbling...
Good thing was I was able to clean the paint by alcohol...lol
