Fished overnight, from 12 AM till 8 AM. The new moon, NW wind, some current..... fishes didn't cooperate even though. Had one solid run and lost something. Otherwise slow as hell. The good thing the balihoo and herring were hanging at the light spots whole night so I filled my coller with them for another day.

Saw a few macs caught, a bunch of tarpon rolled thru, needles are hard to get around. Wind looked as if it was picking up. As I was packing up, my last rod out takes on some drag. I was thinking snapper...It ate a fresh chunk of cuda that Choi caught yesterday. Thanks dude!

That is some great stuff.

Yes I fry it all up. Grunts never make it back alive.
One dish was escovitch jamaican style and the other one I fried regular for my son.
Rob, if it wasn't for the last hit I would have to deep fry king belly and runner strips tonight!!!!

Out of the packets on the side of the table yes - when made right - it is good IMHO. I like Sweet, sour and spicy in a glaze..

Fished this AM 6am till 8:30am...water was cleaning up current turning from N to S, very minor NE wind. Gogs just before the t on the northside, greenies here and there and some hoos in the slick but very hard to get on sabiki. A small school of macks came thru around 7, saw 7 or 8 come up quickly on crappie jigs and rapalas, I took 1 spanish and a better cero on a 1/2 trimmed bucktail....may have gotten better as tide came high and current got going South....have a good weekend
