Post by EFC fishing »

Went out last night from roughly from 8:30 pm to 12:00 am. Wind was blowing pretty good from the south & so again, but eventually died down some as the evening progressed. Action wasnt too steady, more sporadic. Lost one ladyfish & caught 1, pretty good size. Had two snook breakoffs right on the top & landed one. Got down to the last live shrimp in the bucket which was the biggest one I saved for before I would call it. Got hit & it felt like a stingray or a soft shell turtle in freshwater. But did manage to get it in the net by myself & was a pretty large snook. Got a few pictures & got it back in the water (still in the net) & it swam off. Still amazed the 12 lb. line didnt break on this one. Hope the pictures come out good.....
