What's up everybody?

I just started freshwater fishing and I am addicted. I've fish everywhere I can, just to give it a try an see what I get. However I just started looking online at forums to see if there were spots I didn't know of. People keep mentioning about c-14 or something with a c in front of a number. I know this is a noob question but what does it mean?

Those are the identifiers given to them by the county. Google them and they will give you exact locations for each canal.
