For the second year now, Striped Bass in the San Francisco Bay area are not migrating to their usual summer haunts. At the same time, Salmon are showing up but, in greatly reduced numbers. And Halibut...

I know the size limit for grouper according to the fwc is 20 inches for red grouper ,scamp,yellowfin and yellowmouth ,and 24 for the black Grouper.All the other grouper dont show any size limits .is...

Does anyone know the rules for using a cast net. I.E. near bridges,peirs,off land. Ive been hearing different things and just need a clear up. As far as i know using from a peir is illegal.
