anybody know any good snapper spots without going down to the keys??...them damn piers suck and we can't always get down to the bridges in the keys....just looking for a good local spot to catch some...

after a couple months of mediocre peacock fishing catching a bunch of your average 1-2 pounders, the bigger boys are starting to show their faces again, these past couple weeks to my delight the peas...
