lyon bridge stuart
fished the lyon bridge in stuart for the first time on thursday. fished for about 1 hour and caught a 2 pound jack. i live in ft laud and want to catch reds and trout. this is about the closest place to me for these species. any locals have tips for this area. thanx and tight lines

Try wading either side of the river up by Jensen Beach. There are a few guys on here that do well in West Palm Beach wading for both species as well.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

thanx for the info probably will be back up there in the next 2 weeks and will give it a try. i like the inshore fishing in that area better than what we have here in broward county. there are more species and pretty water.
