Hit it Monday and Tuesday. Scattered Pomps managed a couple decent size ones. Overall pretty slow.

Nope, not one shark which is strange. I read in the paper where they are supposed to be hundreds of them off the Palm Beach coast migrating.

Fished yesterday from 5 to 7:30.

Macks and blues came up sporadically on cut bait and gotchas but the real highlight were the mullet passing through the pier. A big school was pushed south near the beach but there wasn't a lot on them. There was a decent sized ball by the T too. Spinners were hitting live mullet/macks off the T, and I'm pretty sure I saw a tarpon hit one too. Besides that, the macks were hitting microbait once in a while.

I had a couple follow ups on a gotcha and crappie jig. The crappie jigs got the most follow ups/swipes, but it was hard to get the right action on the jig with all the wind. What do you guys do when the wind is kicked up like that and the macks want something small like a crappie jig?

Fished Juno yesterday from 3:30 to 7:30. Greenies and pilchards were in and out in loose schools, they were pretty easy to get under the pier but would disappear once in a while. The snook aren't thick yet, but I saw about 6 caught while I was there. They were all underslots. Earlier in the day most bites came from under the pier but later they were caught away from the pier on bottom. Some guy caught a nice king off the T and sold it to a tourist for $40, looked about 15-20 lbs.

Here is a small one we got.

Fished Juno today from 6:30 to 10:30.

Bait was thick at first light but dwindled down throughout the day. They were mostly threads and pilchards but I saw a couple sardines too. The pompano possey was out in full force. They must have decimated the entire croaker population. :auto: I saw 3 decent sized pompano caught.

Snook action was very slow. I only saw one underslot landed. There are more fish than the last time I went but they were just not hungry. I blame it on low-tide/ultra-clear water.

I fished off the tee this morning from about 6:30am until 9:00am. Lots of bait swimming around. A 5 or 6 ft black tip swam by then grabbed a guys bottom rig. I also saw a big bonita caught on the bottom using a pilchard. There were a couple of trolley rigs out but no action while I was there. The big catch while I was there was a 35 to 38 inch snook caught on a free lined live croaker. There were a ton of snook swimming around the pier but they only seemed interested in the croaker. I did not fish the the front of the pier.

I fished Juno pier from 4pm until 8pm yesterday. The water has cleared up for the most part and the bait fish are back. We were targeting sand perch and came home with 15 perch and a moon fish( or a look down i am not real sure if I know the difference). I saw alot of perch caught and several snook caught. There were also some Spanish mackerel caught. We were using shrimp on a size 6 hook and it looked like most everyone was fishing with live bait or fresh cut bait that were catching the macks and the snook.

I fished the juno pier this morning from 6am to noon. I fished for sand perch. There are plenty around and they have been biting for a few weeks now. Primarily between the first and second pavilion. Starting to see some mackrel coming back, There are a ton of bait fish around. The snook bite is still on.

How's the bite been at Juno? Thinking of going this weekend, but the weather doesn't look to make it worth a trip
