Hey guys, was hoping to connect with some regular shark fisherman on here for advice. I'll be flying down tomorrow and wondering what rod lengths are needed to reach sharks from the beach. I've seen some videos of guys using 12+ foot rods and others of guys using shorter rods. Think I'd be OK with 9's? Or should I try and make my beefy 13' fit into that rod tube
Thanks!

Length doesn,t matter for a shark it,s the strength that counts sharks are strong and the Black Tips have a few Bull Sharks and others mixed in

Thanks for the reply. I'll be casting though, not yaking baits out. Just want to be able to reach them.repair wrote:Length doesn,t matter for a shark it,s the strength that counts sharks are strong and the Black Tips have a few Bull Sharks and others mixed in
