Pretty sweet catching a cobia on the surf.... Dont forget that these guys.... they eat them too... I caught this one on a crab...

That's a nice Snook ! , If it was a keeper it must have been right on the upper slot size. Myself, I mostly catch undersize or oversized Snook, usually just short.

Haven't been able to get out fishing lately, but I finally went this morning. I looked at the surf and decided to fish the intercoastal with frozen shrimp. Conditions were tough, the wind was really strong. I started around 7:30, the bite wasn't bad, I caught two Black Drum, three nice Lane Snapper and a small shark ( that I thought was a monster drum).
