Ok I want to clarify a few things.
ATTENTION
1.
Normally if you just send the pic that you download from the camera it is good unless you have changed its setting to save lower res to get more on a card
You must set your cameras on a high res setting prefered
Dimension 3072 * 2304
5 meg cameras or better
This size of a photo should create a 2 to 2.5 meg file
There seems to be a problem getting photos through, this is your email server it will allow a limited size so check your server.
Most allow 5 meg files so as long as your server allows this there should be no problem.
I will adjust photo for the thread, you do not need to.
2.
Please include tag number when sending in photo
3.
It would be best to take pics and measure like this "see photo below" it more accurate and could play a part in a tight decision. Please make sure to keep hand and anything that may block the view of the tape measure out of the way.
4.
Measurement is Tip of nose to tip of tail. OVERALL
So slide tail back and what ever part of the tail extends the furthest that is your mark.
5.
If you are taken the photo because you believe it will be the biggest Shark please take a few different photos and also a Fork length Photo because this will be judged along with the Overall length and the video also will be used.
6.
It is a good idea to supply a pic of the ends of your tape measure, I see things attached to tape measures so please show a close up of the tape measure you are using to clarify what changes you have made to your tape measures, this does not mean every shot , just one picture to show the numbers on your tape so we know what you are using. "Tape measures do very a good degree" again i am not asking for another shot of your fish, just a shot of the gear you are using, once.
