An undersize cobia came over the rail today and was released. Lots of pompano but all undersize, some jacks, blue runners, and one juvenile kingfish.

Is it true you can keep 10 Pomps that are 8" and up if you have a valid green card or expired visa?
Those old queen slave owners that wrote our Constitution 200 years ago were brilliant.

"Every four years Americans get the President they deserve".

I think you meant invalid green card, no? Btw, saw a guy the other day at the poaching capitol of the world, with 7 or so muttons in the cooler, all around 10". By the time FWC got there, he was long gone though.

Of course, surprised why you didn't know that yet??? It is somewhere at asian tourist guide... FWC only bothers locals...

zika virus already did enough damage to local economy...so they are making no limit in size and 10 fish in number for those who has non-fl resident...
If you don't speak English, the new rule is no limit in size and number...

went this past Sat. Strong ENE wind and overcast. Almost nothing biting. I caught a blue runner on a gotcha and 2 croakers on a pomp rig. Other than that I only saw a few chubs coming over the rail. Conditions were promising, but fish did not show up. Some goggle eyes did show up inshore but were not being bothered by fish or fisher. Thought for sure something decent would be around in those conditions, but struck out.

Anyone fished the pier lately? I'm thinking of trying my luck for mangroves tomorrow night.

saw a headline online that the owner filed for bankruptcy. Wonder what the future holds.....for now it is a too short pier that is too crowded on good fishing days. Looks like deerfield and it's swarms of ants may be my new pier.

anyone following the bankruptcy case or in the know? What will become of Anglins? If only they could repair another 50 feet to a few light posts past the hut.

Was there on Tuesday. Roofer was working the counter. Parking is now 20.00 for 4 hours, and it’s 5.00 a head to fish half a pier. Saw absolutely nothing all day.

What a colossal waste this pier has become.
Nice Boat! Now get it outa my driveway!
