I did not get out but many did... the spillways are in full flow mode since last weeks torrential donwfall's, while driving down Griffin, I saw people fishing every pipe along the road and the spillways were busy... must have been many thousands of shiner's sacrificed.
Did anyone here get out and where's the reports ?

Tarpon and snook the first few days.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

I can too confirm tarpon and snook the first few days. Had no luck with artificial. Got several tarpon (jumped off) using shiners and minnows. Also had seen a few jacks. Most of the action seemed to be morning to noon. And when the tarpon were around you'd see them rolling all over the place.
