No, it is the one you ride in Disney. He has rail tracks underneath the water like the ride 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Why be embarrassed? That is the perfect to fish in the backcountry.

You ain't kidding! Mako is still one of the best hulls there is. They are dry and handle big water no problem. With the foam filled gunnel's and inner hull you can't sink em either.
Nice Boat! Now get it outa my driveway!

I've done some things to my skiff since I last posted on here.

Matte Black Poling platform, powder coated the grab bar in Matte Black, Matte Black Strongarm Products tiller ext.
I sold the Biscayne Rod push pole and got a Loop push pole.
Just ordered a Strongarm Products XL Casting Platform with SeaDek.
Currently have another casting platform on there for the meanwhile.

Do any of you with these little skiffs ever venture out a few miles offshore on fairly calm days? Im looking to pick up a carolina skiff and hopefully make it a mile or 2 out occasionally.

As long as you have the right weather and safety gear on board your fine. There are guy's here that go farther than that in yak's. Keep in mind weather can change quickly without warning so you want to be carefull.

Yeah my biggest fear would be the other guys with bigger boats who are completely oblivious to people around them.
