first lmb...at tropical park

caught these two this afternoon around one...overcast day so no heat really...windy as sell though, made for an interesting time casting accurately.

as i stated before im a super NEWB...thanks MIAMIPESCADOR for turning me onto the yamamoto senkos...once i found the fish i had 2 strikes in liess than 5 minutes :happyfisherman:

aren't there like 3 different parks called Tropical Park? I have no idea can someone chime in?

This one is tropical park in Miami located off Bird Road and the Palmetto.

got ya! I knew about that one, theres also one around Sunrise too or something like that, where are the other ones?

Nice bass! I actually just got back from fishing at tropical park. I caught 3 lmb and lost one in about 2 hours.

If anyone is planning on fishing there, I'd advise not going by the police memorial where the fish feeders used to be. There is construction on the East side of that lake, and the water is very murky.
