Great weather, but were did the fish go? Did not see many game fish at all. Fish and Game stopped by us and said that no one was getting hardly anything today. A couple of guys on an aluminum boat got a red grouper, but nothing else, and that was on their way in.

There have been some nice muttons off of Port Everglades in 80 ft. I can assure you that if ''we'' get any rough seas in the next few days that anyone spearing on the second to third reef should do well on muttons.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

I have found muttons on oakland reef, just not this time. I want to get out ASAP after this storm moves through though.
