whats been goin on with dania lately, its been sooo slow lately (past few days and whatnot) I was there 6 to 1, and all that was being cought was some undersized muttons, and some little cobe's. someone did manage to catch a huge amberjack that from looks was maybe 30-32". but after that there was nothing. also there were less people on the pier than im used to seeing, am I missing something>?

The pic does not either have a ruler in it and there has been many macks posted in the threads that do not reach what is posted as the length.

Who measured it ? Fishandchicks or whoever knows how to reach me and when I can talk to someone that touched that fish I may add as an equal to what is there, But I am not going to guess at how much it weighs, that is why I asked for the girth.

Do we have a Girth on it?

I have caught 29 inch Macks and they have only weighed 6lbs or just over it, saw a 30 that only hit 7, like I said the dollar is not that important because this is for fun.

The numbers and ruler were to give it more creditability so it was not just people blowing there fish into what they wanted.

So all pics must have a ruler in them and a Length and Girth Measurement, so from here on out there is now no question how the pic is taken.

When that mack was caught there were 3 boatless fishers there. Possibly more.

went to the pier yesterday from 2:30 pm to 5:30pm slowww not a single bite couldn't even catch a blue runner for bait....the only good thing happening was the shing ding the pier restaurant threw for the fisherman. it was at 6pm if you signed up you got free food and drinks...kinda cool that they did that...kudos to management

This reminder might have been useful if that mack was laid across the planks, perpendicular- not parallel. IMHO
