hey whats the word from deerfield. i want to go wet my lines tomorrow...or tuesday... those fockers dont answer the phone and its a decent drive for me to waste gas cause they "arent allowed" to answer the phone at the bait huse"

When they cannot give me a report, I assume the fishing stinks.

Read my spearfishing report I posted today...when I parked at the pier they said the odd mac. and a few lookdowns were caught in the AM

Fished Deerfield from about 4:30pm to 9:00pm. The action was as dead as my bait!! I didn't see anything caught except a barracuda. A few people had live bait but they may have caught them before we arrived. We didn't see any.

Score is now...fish-11, us-0

This fish war is getting personal.

Not much yesterday but some cudas and a tarpon, and this 38in 25lb cobe caught by kris

I got my black avet mxl mc on a black 9ft custom stolen last night sometime between 2 and 7am. If you guys see it or hear about it, let me know so I can go murder who ever stole it. Thanks.

Nice fish. Sorry to hear some scumbag decided he deserved your rig more than you did. Too bad there isn't something like a micro-LoJack chip we could epoxy to our higher end gear so you could hunt the bastard down.

I left just when kris hooked up to that cobe, I believe it took about 10 or 15 mins to get it in. He caught it on a cuda chunk fishing for sting rays, he bounced the bait in front of a ray and the cobe came off and ate it.

As for the rod, it has purple and green wraps and a silver reel seat. It was built by raul aka permitchaser. I left my name and number with someone at the bait house so they could call me when they check the tapes.

Went to the pier today the fishing was very slow. They had bait but it was nearly impossible to get. Only thing I saw were a few jack and, some cuda that cut us on every hook up.

DAM that sure do suck. i never had my reels or rods stolen before but i certainly had a bunch of tackle taken from me as well as a kayak paddle. to be honest with you, most of my gear is cheap so many people would just pass on it because it is lower quality compared to to the pier guys. but i will tell you this though.... if you really really want to find out who is nabbin stuff out there then one day do a stake out by watching your gear from a distance as if you just left to go to the restroom. surely somebody will fall for it and think the coast is clear but when they walk all the way to the exit like they think they pulled it off then that's when you jump out from the corner and confront them.

a nothing for nothing but there is a cuban kid that fishes with an old man was at dania the other day with an mxl in blue idk if its your but the kid was talking about fishing deerfield the other day an how the reel was new to him im just saying
