Article in the sentinel had it not even CLOSE to opening...something like 5 more months min... :roll:

8) Yes it does. It causes them to go west instead of east. Maybe you do not see it, but I have stopped many times coming home from an old bar job on the beach, seeing them in the road and stopping to place them back in the ocean. They follow the light they see, mostly,.. the moon. Another reason condos should fall into the ocean the next big storm.

I heard only for sight seeing but I dont wont to believe it. No time on when either have you seen it bro its a sad site.

Someone told me that a few weeks ago Joe. they said the resturant is going to be a Bonefish-Macs.I really don't want t believe it.I doubt it's true........hope not

Pompano Pier plan terminated by city
Friday, 27 April 2007
Peter Donovan, one of the principals in the proposed $10 million restaurant project at the city’s fishing pier says he was excluded from Tuesday night’s commission meeting, a meeting that ended up terminating all negotiations for his restaurant.
At that meeting commission voted to drop all ties with Pompano Beach Pier and Promenade, LLC for the project.
Donovan says he was not present at the meeting due to an email he received from Phyllis Korab, deputy city manager, three hours prior to the meeting.

There was nothing like dead head night I think it was Wednesday nights watching those people walk out on the pier and stumble around. Good times :drunk:

I just texted Steve if you know him and told him it was open and he flipped out and he is gong tonight all night. I'm gonna be there tomorrow with Noah (snapperkiller). Man I hope those Muttons turn on.

Its funny Jeff showed me alot when I was young to when we fished Deerfield I havent seen him since G block closed in Dec. thats good does he still look bad? He never answers his calls I thought he was gone.

Boyscout tourney was the only one I ever saw there, boy that was fun to watch those parents chase kids get hooked in the arm funny stuff :lol:

my buddy stevie went yesterday afternoon till about 3 this morning. he got 8 short snook and some grovers. his friend got a keeper mutton and tere were shorts also. all the snook were on live dines. he said he lost one to a cuda that would have been close

Fished Pompano today with Noah (snapperkiller). Macks in the gray of the morning on gotchas and crappie jigs. Noah got this weird fish that I don't know what it is I am guessing a wrass? What is this fish? It fought really hard and rocked Noah 3 times and was safely released. By the way Noah looks drunk :lol:

Yep, parrotfish...they were swarming our chumbag in the Keys the other week, some were huge too, well over 2 feet.

I don't think that is a Parrotfish because Parrotfish have a beak tooth. Plus, he ate a chunk of Runner on bottom.
