The rod does not have to be in the picture. You can have another team member do the salute. I can imagine a lot of you will get creative with this part. :patriot:

I was asked the following: Does the person that takes photo or video need to be a team member? The answer is: Anybody can take the video and/or take the pics for you, they do not have to be a team member. Jus be make sure the person you give the camera to is someone you know or they might run with it. :D

Did I mention that you also have to be doing a handstand while you are saluting? :biglaugh:

I know it is going to be REEL MAYHEM doing this the first week.

Hopefully you will have all members of your team fishing at once. You can have another team member do the salute. You can do it kneeling down as well, as long as it is a salute. I can imagine a lot of you will get creative with this part.

The salute was done for the 4th of July week.

To prevent sand bagging (holding entries to the last minute) we might change the hand sign to something that can be done while holding the tape.

I just wanted to say good luck to everyone! My team (formerly team Mako Vodka) and myself have decided not to fish the tourney this year for various reasons, but I'll surely be around to cheer you guys on. Personally, I'm just gonna be fishing for fun this summer, and Im sure I will have some reports posted in the non-tourney section. Again good luck to all and dont get struck by lightning!

Just got back from fishing tonight, 5 Lemons biggest almost 10ft, 1 Bull over 8, two tips just below 6, and enough nurses to fill our 300 point limit. Got to get some sleep, I will post the pics on here and send them to cudaman in the morning. We got videos for all the Lemons and the Bull.

Herbert, Seth, and Luis, thank you for the help and guidance. It was a blast fighting the Blacktp. :D
