Few Macks, few Snappers, jacks in the surf later in the afternoon, and a school of Pomps came by to have dinner late. Solid bait.

These Pier threads are for Reports or questions on fishing the pier.

Go ahead and say something stupid again I will gladly deactivate you.

Say something stupid about a group of people like "Spanish speaking people" and I will deactivate you.

There are Bad People and Good People - Culture, Race, Nationality, Language plays no part in if a person is bad or good.

THIS FORUM IS NOT A PLAYGROUND

This is not directed at any one person, I have just noticed lately an increase in this grouping together by language and so on and noticed it here first so my post goes here first.

As for the chit chat non related chatter or complaints about this pier Please start a new thread, I will gladly sticky it so all can see the issue if that is needed. But I wish to keep these threads clear of that and about the fishing part of the pier. I know piers have issues they all do and I do not want to stop anyone from expressing themselves.

Goggles up to a pound around midnight last night @ Dania.. Big grey's and bluefish.

Caught two, used em for bait for snapper. I think one guy out was using em for shark. They were a good size.

hit up dania on may 19, from 2pm-6pm and at the t there were schools of bait fish swiming all over the bottom and large snook were feeding. big cuda there also.

no bites, there picky mo' fo's .

gonna pick up a yak this weekend so soon i can go further out..

Lots of bait out there today and plenty of snook. Saw one spanish mac come over the rail. I was there from 12-2.

I was out there yesterday from 1:30PM to 8:30 PM, caught a ton of bait, but nothing else biting. Pulled up one little yellow tail all day. Lots of big snook in the water, but none biting.

This is my first post by the way lol.

Got some sand fleas south of the pier yesterday. They look small compared to the ones I see in the forum pics. Anyway, no catch using sand fleas or sabiki baits from 11am-4pm today. Maybe I'm not doing things right.

Wed 6-8PM bait solid at the T. Like a carpet of them.... Did not see one bottom rod get hit other that one tarpon at 8:15ish. Some snook starting to show but that's it.

Had a wonderful day at dania beach today. started off snorkling on the side with no lifeguards,and i got out half way till till the end and swam wit micro baits.

the i hit up the pier to catch some bait for my boat tip 2marow.loaded up on a couple dozen pilchards and a gogle eye.

1 small mutton snapper came up the whole time i was there

Saw a bunch of kids caught cudas, jacks, etc in the pier early tonight. How they do it differently I do not know but I wished I had the same luck and skill.

Thank u come again. that was me and mean mug fished friday got one bar jack daniel got a 15 in. grover strait up and down and almost got recked on a pretty big spinner, but got it up. got a nice 12 in. mangrove at 9:00 and a cuda during the day. Saturday: fished with mean mug, chezter (the melester), and wilton one 2 cero 2 cuda 4 jacks and one lady fish. i had live deans that were like the size of pilchreds. got some fresh deans for the keys in about 3 hours!

hey tommy, how far out are those euro jacks ive been hearing about? ive been snorkling next to the pier and on most days i see no signs of life. i go out at least to the middle of the pier the visibility is the water sucks, i can barelly see my snorkel buddy next to me.
