Let me know when you guys are coming up to shark fish ..I can get some fresh Bonito at the shop I swap a few sabikis for Bonito .I can get alot of Bonito frm my customers like that !! :cheers: .God knows I went there about 300 or more sabikis for the tournament ..Stay in touch .

Tom brought both the chicken and the seasoning. Don;t know if it had anything to do with it but we pan thawed it on the grill in the seasoning. Then finished it on the grill. No problem on the tails. It was great to finally meet you guys. :cheers:
