I was at the inlet at 1 P . I had a houndfish impale himself accidently un my Yo-Zuri when a HUGE barracuda shot in grom nowhere and cut him in half.....Kinda glad he missed the lure, he was just too big for wither the lure or my flimsy 30# leader....

IT IS blowin, but winds are from the SW, so you should be able to keep a line dowwn. Bait was scarce at the top of the tide today, but there are almost always schools of Larger mullet on the Jetty lately - Good Luck !

I got to the beach at 6:30. Had one bite at 7:30, a 28" fat snook. Got home at 8:30. Just finished a tasty snook dinner! Life doesn't get any better than that.

Often, and enjoy it too.

For those of you too timid to eat raw fish, It's also not bad when you cook it.

Seviche, or Ceviche, is also a great way to prepare it. The acid in the preparation cooks the fish, but the texture is still differrent.
